Trs Cable I Am Connecting A Mixer To The Computer. Do I Need 3.5mm To Dual 1/4" Y Cable? Or Same Thing With TRS 3.5mm?

I am connecting a mixer to the computer. Do I need 3.5mm to Dual 1/4" Y Cable? Or same thing with TRS 3.5mm? - trs cable

Or you can double the 3.5-mm plug to RCA cable

What would be best?

    I recommend 1 / 8) inch (3.5 mm to lay wire for 1 / 4 "You will see two bands of color on the plastic body of the 1 / 8 to '(also known as stereo), but only one band in 1 / 4 ones.
    You can use 1 / 8 to RCA if you want, but not the name of the cable entry.
